The Role of D-dimer in the Differential Diagnosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis and Deep Vein Sclerosis

This is a prospective study of a cohort of more than 2000 patients undergoing sclerotherapy to assess the role of D-dimer in the evaluation of post-sclerotherapy deep vein occlusion.  Part of this study has formed a Master of Philosophy project for University of Sydney  Medical student Alison Bull.
